Everyone has different goals, everyone has different ability levels, everyone has their own fitness history. We make “personal training” truly personal for you. For this to happen, we need some information.

The first step to get you started is for you to fill out the profile below. Your profile will be assessed and James will design your workout plan. James will then reach out to you to confirm your appointment day and time.

When I moved back to New Jersey I was in search of a hardcore gym in my area. I have trained all over the country and when I walked into Powerhouse Hamilton I was instantly hooked. This the gym provides everything I need from free weights to cardio and even a separate cross training room for variety. It's rare that you walk into a gym and the whole staff is friendly , knowledgable and eager to assist. I travel often for work but Powerhouse Hamilton is home!

With a heavy heart we must announce the current Powerhouse Gym of Hamilton will not be reopening due to the financial impact of the mandatory Covid-19 shutdown.  We wish this was not the case, but we have suffered financial losses that cannot be recouped.  The current gym owner is trying to transition ownership to a new party to take over the location.  If this transition occurs, everyone will be contacted.
